Request info from your provider ..

This will help us evaluate the actual fees and performance of your investments, rather than the figures often used for marketing.

If you have investments with more than one fund provider, simply send a separate email to each.

Where to send it …
Find a recent pension or portfolio statement. Or recent correspondence from your provider.
Look for the email address shown as ‘Contact’, ‘Support’, or ‘Client Services.’ It might look something like in the image.
If you’re not sure, just contact your provider and ask for the best email address to request information on your portfolio.

Send us the info you receive back from your fund provider …
Once you’ve sent your request to your fund manager, your work is done.
When your fund provider replies, simply forward their response to:
